Australian safety regulations require lithium button cell batteries supplied to retail customers to be provided only in compliant child-resistant packaging. Retail customers cannot purchase these products in any other form.

Lithium button cell batteries without compliant packaging may still be supplied to trade, professional, and industrial customers where the products are not intended for sale to the public. If compliant packaging is not available from the manufacturer, we are legally unable to complete the sale to retail customers.

Orders for non-compliant button cell batteries may be cancelled, restricted, or limited to eligible customers without notice. Where applicable, we will contact you to confirm eligibility or discuss alternative options prior to fulfilment.
